Registration Fees

Registration fee for participants will include: access to the scientific sessions, conference bag, abstract book, access to the exhibition, get-together party, three lunches, coffeee and snacks during the coffee breaks, excursion with gala dinner, concert.

Registration fee for accompanying persons will include: get-together party, three lunches, excursion with gala dinner, concert.

Payment of the registration fee, hotel accommodation, and any other applicable fees should be made, without charges to the beneficiary, preferably before April 15, 2009.

Cancellation policy

Refund requests can be submitted to the Conference Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before May 25, 2009. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
